Trekking in Nepal

Nepal is a global mountaineering hub, home to eight of the world’s 14 highest peaks over 8,000 meters, including Mt. Everest (Sagarmatha)b. Everest first attracted climbers in the 1950s, and the Himalaya continues to captivate adventurers today. While climbing 8,000-meter peaks is for professionals, Nepal offers ‘trekking peaks’ for amateurs and scenic trekking routes reaching 3,500 meters. Visitors can enjoy the mountains through flights, viewpoints, or trekking. Nepal remains a top destination for adventure and stunning Himalayan landscapes.
