The Langtang Goshaikund trek is one of the most beautiful treks in Nepal. You can find 108 lakes in this area. Along the routes, you see some famous and essential lakes: Saraswati Kund (lake), Bhairab Kund, Surya Kund, and Goshaikund, the most famous and essential. 

Panch Pokhari is named after five holy ponds, and Hindus revere the place. It is just northeast of Kathmandu, toward the snow wall. The most attractive aspects of the trek are the beautiful Himalayan view, pristine nature, and distinct culture. 

Goshaikund trek is one of the most beautiful treks in Nepal. You can find 108 lakes in this area. Along the routes, you see some famous and essential lakes: Saraswati Kund (lake), Bhairab Kund, Surya Kund, and Goshaikund, the most famous and important.

This easy and enjoyable trek is conducted at an average altitude of 3500m. It takes you through Thadepati to Tarke Gyang, where a choice of trails opens up. During this trip, you experiance the Sherpa village of Tarke Ghyang, which forms the focus of Helambu, a charming enclave of farmers and yak herders. 

Langtang Gyanga La takes you over this pass as you make your way south from Langtang village, which lies at 3500m and where the national park headquarters is located. The route from Gyang in Helambu requires crossing the 5106m Ganja La. The pass is blocked by snow, so local inquiries about its condition, good equipment, and mountaineering experience are necessary for a safe crossing. 

This trek gives superb views of the great peak of Langtang Lirung (7246m) which dominates the upper valley and straddles the Tibetan border. In spring time it is an ideal place to spot birds and flowers of Nepal.
